We have an exciting opportunity for an Online Production Assistant to join our forward thinking, high energy Digital team. You will be responsible for managing concession product upload and processes, maintaining planning documents and reporting, updating UK and International desktop websites as well as updating the DP App and mobile site

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Upload own buy and concession products and product descriptions to the website
  • A good understanding of the key elements of product set-up and product life cycle journey
  • Amending descriptions ensuring they are complete and match with the correct images
  • Attributing products daily
  • Assist in production, creation of links and testing on all browsers and devices
  • Ability to confidently communicate with internal and external teams to coordinate assets and resolve issues
  • Building strong relationships with our concession partners and putting new processes in place
  • Site maintenance through weekly site checks e.g. ensure that all products are allocated to the right categories. Action any amends quickly. Perform a twice daily site check on ‘New In’ and other key categories to ensure that new product has uploaded correctly
  • Re-upload product lines that have come off site but stock is available
  • Update site content to support promotional activities (e.g. free P+P, click and collect initiatives)
  • Communicate issues with technical team to resolve issues associated with site developments
  • Support in publishing content onto the staging platform for site when needed
  • Ensure consistency of product photography
  • Site maintenance through weekly site checks e.g. ensure that all products are allocated to the right categories. Action any amends quickly

Key Experience, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy regarding quality and presentation of work
  • The ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast paced environment and tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative and flexible way
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to interact at all levels
  • Good organisational and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task, work at pace and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to apply structured thinking to the resolution of problems in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Ability to work proactively and use own initiative
  • Experience of working with a Content Management System
  • Basic Photoshop skills and understanding of image compression and optimization for web would be useful to know
  • HTML would be advantageous
